Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, direct, and manage the Quality Assurance department to align with production goals and company standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with local food safety regulations, ISO standards, and HACCP protocols.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality reviews to monitor product consistency and process efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze quality data and production trends to identify areas for operational optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing a QA team and leading quality initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and other quality management standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using quality control software and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
