Based in our Paranaque City facility, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our brand's reputation. Your primary focus will be the meticulous inspection and evaluation of all incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. You will enforce stringent food safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory standards. By maintaining rigorous quality checks, you directly contribute to the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
As a key member of our operations team, you will drive continuous improvement by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, investigating non-conformances, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (including Procurement, Production, and Logistics) to implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Your documentation and reporting will be vital for internal and external audits.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive incoming material inspections, including raw ingredients, packaging, and supplies, to ensure compliance with established quality specifications and food safety standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to HACCP plans, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) throughout the facility.
- Perform routine line checks and in-process inspections to identify deviations and ensure product consistency and quality during production.
- Investigate and document customer complaints, non-conforming products, and quality incidents, driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate and organized records of inspection results, calibration logs, and quality documentation to support traceability and internal/external audits.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to evaluate and approve new suppliers based on quality performance and compliance history.
- Assist in the development, review, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Chemistry, Microbiology, or any other related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in a Quality Assurance or Food Safety role, preferably within the food manufacturing, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, or other Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to accuracy and detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of management.
- Willing to work onsite in Paranaque City and can adapt to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Certification as an Internal Quality Auditor is a significant advantage.
