As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our production line. You will be responsible for monitoring processes, inspecting raw materials, and ensuring that our final products meet both internal benchmarks and external regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control protocols to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Document all quality findings and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify root causes of quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
- Perform internal audits and assist in external certification processes.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing results.
- Provide training to production staff on quality awareness and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, GMP, and HACCP principles.
- Proficient in technical writing and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work on-site in Paranaque City.
