- Conduct comprehensive reviews of provider documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Perform regular and random audits of patient charts to verify compliance with established healthcare documentation standards.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement in documentation quality.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to provide constructive feedback regarding documentation gaps and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all documentation processes comply with relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Generate detailed reports on audit findings and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, medical auditing, or healthcare compliance is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare documentation standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect errors or inconsistencies in complex medical records.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for providing clear feedback to medical providers.
