We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Sr. Specialist to join our team in Santa Ana, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for executing quality assurance activities of moderate complexity, ensuring that our Global Business Services (GBS) Operations meets its quality standards and operational excellence goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Key Focus Areas:
- Ensuring high service delivery standards across GBS operations.
- Identifying process gaps and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive quality assurance activities and audits to ensure operational standards are consistently met.
- Analyze quality metrics, performance reports, and data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Monitor GBS operations to ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with operational teams and management to develop and implement corrective action plans and preventive measures.
- Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and best practices within the department.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on quality standards and monitoring techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, specifically within a GBS or Shared Services environment.
- Strong understanding of quality methodologies, auditing standards, and process optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality monitoring tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and present technical findings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
