Knauf Philippines is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Staff to join our high-performing team in Calaca, Batangas. In this role, you will be the guardian of our product quality, playing a critical role in monitoring raw materials and finished goods. You will work closely with production teams to ensure that every unit leaving our facility adheres to international ASTM standards and our proprietary Knauf excellence benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect and verify incoming raw materials to ensure they meet Knauf's strict quality specifications.
- Perform systematic sampling and laboratory analysis of finished goods (FG).
- Conduct mechanical property testing in accordance with ASTM standards and internal Knauf protocols.
- Document all test results accurately and maintain detailed quality reports for production audits.
- Collaborate with the production department to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment calibration and ensure all testing apparatus are functional and accurate.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related science field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of ASTM standards and physical property testing methods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and produce concise reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of integrity regarding quality reporting.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment and under minimal supervision.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Batangas.
