Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming raw materials and finished products
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards
- Document quality issues and coordinate with production teams to resolve them
- Perform product testing and analysis according to established protocols
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Prepare quality reports and documentation for management review
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (HACCP, ISO)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
