- Conduct thorough product inspections to verify quality standards and specifications
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation systems
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices
- Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive inspection reports
- Coordinate with suppliers to verify incoming material quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA)
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and manufacturing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with quality management software systems
