Indonesia Multi Colour Printing, a trusted leader in the printing industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Staff to join our production team in Krian, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be the guardian of our print quality, responsible for monitoring every stage of the production process—from prepress and color management to finishing and packaging. You will conduct rigorous inspections, analyze defects, and collaborate closely with the production team to implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Your insights will directly impact our efficiency, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of printed materials to ensure adherence to client specifications and company quality standards.
- Monitor production workflows, including prepress, offset/digital printing, and finishing processes, to identify and address quality issues.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects and non-conformities, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance logs.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to optimize processes and minimize material waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and workplace safety regulations.
- Assist in conducting internal and external quality audits.
- Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment and testing tools.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering, Graphics, Printing Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably in the printing or packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes (Offset, Digital, Flexo) and associated quality standards.
- Proficient in quality improvement tools such as SPC, FMEA, 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English is an added advantage.
