Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor QA team members to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for manufacturing processes
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify quality improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Maintain documentation of quality metrics and compliance reports
- Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership experience with team supervision responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in quality control tools and statistical methods
- Certification in Six Sigma or quality management preferred
