Join Edisons Group as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and lead our commitment to excellence in manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee quality assurance teams, conduct rigorous product inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You'll be instrumental in identifying quality gaps, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor quality assurance personnel to ensure efficient workflow and high performance standards
- Conduct systematic product inspections and quality audits across production lines
- Investigate quality discrepancies and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reporting systems
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience with supervisory background
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D)
- Certification in quality management systems (QMS) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in quality management software and data analysis
