Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor QA teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for manufacturing processes
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and product testing to maintain compliance
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams for continuous improvement
- Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation systems
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory standards
- Train staff on quality control techniques and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards
- Leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
