Unibag Polysack Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Marilao, Bulacan. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our production standards, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest benchmarks for quality and reliability.
As our QA Supervisor, you will lead quality initiatives across all production lines. You will not only identify non-conformances but also proactively implement systems to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to standard quality procedures (SOPs) across all manufacturing production lines.
- Conduct regular inspections and product testing to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis for any quality defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to the QA team to ensure consistent performance.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, reports, and logs for audit readiness and management review.
- Collaborate with production managers to streamline processes and optimize workflow without compromising quality.
- Conduct equipment calibration checks and facility sanitation audits regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, 5S, Six Sigma, or similar quality management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts if necessary.
