Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product reliability and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 4 QA staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Conduct rigorous quality audits and reliability testing across production and logistics cycles.
- Identify, document, and track quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control best practices.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management to drive decision-making.
- Ensure all testing processes adhere to safety standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven experience in team leadership or supervision is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, testing tools, and reporting software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
