As a QA Technician, you will be the final line of defense, ensuring every component and finished assembly meets stringent industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections on electronic components, PCBs, and finished assemblies.
- Conduct functional testing and validation processes according to established quality standards and specifications.
- Accurately document inspection results, generate non-conformance reports (NCRs), and track corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of defects and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor and maintain calibration schedules for all test and measurement equipment.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
- Assist in internal and external quality audits.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety and 5S housekeeping standards.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Inspection within the electronics, semiconductor, or precision engineering manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001, QMS documentation, and standard QC methodologies (e.g., 7QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D Problem Solving).
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Proficient in using a wide range of inspection and measurement instruments such as micrometers, callipers, CMM, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Team player with good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
