Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough and detailed inspections of cargo and products to ensure adherence to strict quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report product defects or irregularities promptly to the quality control manager.
- Ensure full compliance with local food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and production, to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Analyze inspection data and trends to recommend process improvements and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspection activities and quality reports.
- Assist in training junior staff on quality inspection procedures and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related manufacturing/transportation role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect even minor irregularities in frozen goods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, or overtime as required by operational needs.
- Relevant certification in Quality Assurance or Food Safety is a plus.
