Tanggung Jawab
- Execute Line Compliance initiatives to monitor and evaluate operational adherence to healthcare industry standards.
- Perform regular audits of processed data and documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Identify process gaps and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance findings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor real-time workflow performance to ensure consistent service delivery aligned with client-specific requirements.
- Stay updated on changing healthcare regulations to ensure ongoing organizational compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or healthcare operations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks and compliance auditing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and quality management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with minimal supervision.
