Twoconnect is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control processes, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. You'll collaborate closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation for industrial and mechanical operations
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions when necessary
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of non-conforming materials and products
- Maintain accurate records of quality activities, audits, and compliance documentation
- Train team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
- Stay updated with industry regulations and recommend updates to compliance policies as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in quality assurance, compliance coordination, or a similar role within manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and quality management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, CSQP) is an advantage
