Ogawa is seeking a dedicated Quality Compliance Engineer to join our growing team in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet all relevant local and international compliance standards. You will manage the lifecycle of certifications, conduct rigorous audits, and maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation. We are looking for a proactive individual who can identify compliance gaps and implement effective solutions to drive continuous improvement across our operations.
As a Quality Compliance Engineer at Ogawa, you will act as the guardian of our quality reputation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline compliance workflows and ensure that all manufacturing and logistical activities adhere to strict quality guidelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with external certification bodies to manage ISO, HACCP, and other industry-specific certifications.
- Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate processes, products, and services against compliance standards.
- Review and analyze regulatory documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Investigate non-conformance issues and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards to ensure Ogawa remains compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality compliance, auditing, or a similar quality control role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, etc.) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience in the manufacturing or transport and logistics sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and technical data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
