About the Role
Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Officer (ISO/QMS) to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this critical role, you will be the cornerstone of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
As a Quality & Compliance Officer, you will take ownership of the QMS framework. Your primary focus will be maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification, conducting internal audits, managing CAPAs, and ensuring that all business processes align with regulatory standards. You will be the go-to person for quality documentation, compliance inquiries, and training staff on best practices.

Salary: ₱33,000 – ₱43,000 per month

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain, review, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for process optimization.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate external certification bodies for surveillance and recertification audits.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote quality awareness and ensure staff competency in QMS procedures.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant across all operations.
- Assist in managing risk registers and supporting business continuity planning initiatives.
- Prepare and present quality performance metrics and compliance status reports to top management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quality management, compliance, or internal auditing.
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QMS principles, document control, and risk-based thinking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with QMS software is a plus.
