New Myrex Laboratories Inc. is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare products. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Analyst to join our team in Malolos City, Bulacan.
As a Quality Control Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy. You will be responsible for performing physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Perform method validation and verification as needed.
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Identify and investigate out-of-specification results and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration schedules are followed.
- Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and good laboratory practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a quality control laboratory, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and wet chemistry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work in Malolos City, Bulacan.
