Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine testing and analysis of chemical products to ensure compliance with strict industry standards and company specifications.
- Monitor and document quality parameters during the production process to identify and prevent potential defects.
- Operate laboratory equipment and machinery safely, efficiently, and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Report non-conformities immediately and assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of test results, calibration logs, and batch information for traceability.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and overall process yield.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, or a related Science & Technology field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on Jurong Island.
