Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company protocols.
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in full compliance with ISO standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures for raw materials and finished agricultural products.
- Lead internal audits and serve as the main point of contact for external regulatory inspections and certifications.
- Analyze laboratory test data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to the management team.
- Ensure the proper calibration, maintenance, and safe operation of all laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
- Supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel to maintain a high standard of technical proficiency and workplace safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related scientific field.
- Must be a Licensed Chemist or Registered Laboratory Technician (Professional Regulation Commission).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in laboratory management or quality control within an agricultural or manufacturing setting.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 17025 or ISO 9001) and laboratory safety regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a high-performing technical team.
