Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance protocols and testing strategies for lighting fixtures.
- Conduct rigorous physical and functional tests to verify product durability, efficiency, and safety.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, recurring defects, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures (CAPA) to minimize product defects and enhance quality control.
- Stay updated with the latest industry quality control standards, regulations, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in quality control, testing, or manufacturing engineering (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of electrical components, circuitry, and lighting technology.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment, multimeters, and quality management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
