As a Quality Control Assistant, you will play a critical role in our production cycle. You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets our strict internal standards and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Perform physical and chemical testing as required by standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document all inspection results and maintain accurate quality records for audit purposes.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming materials or products and initiate corrective action reports.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality control protocols are being followed by the operations team.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory and testing equipment.
- Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Support the implementation of ISO quality management systems and other industry certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Vocational Certificate, or Diploma in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Quality Control or Manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data recording.
- Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work in Rawang, Selangor and adhere to shift schedules if required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
