We are currently looking for a meticulous and motivated Quality Control Assistant to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Quality Control Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring and verifying that all products meet internal specifications and regulatory standards. You will conduct inspections, document findings, and work closely with production and engineering teams to address any quality issues swiftly. In addition, you will assist in maintaining quality records, performing root cause analysis, and helping to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to drive process optimization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in‑process items, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate quality records, and prepare reports for management.
- Identify non‑conformances, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment, ensuring all tools are within specification.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in training production staff on quality standards and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in a manufacturing or quality environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting.
