Are you a seasoned quality professional ready to lead the next generation of precision manufacturing? Tonasco is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Assistant Manager (CMM) to oversee critical measurement activities and ensure product excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives to develop and enhance quality control processes, documentation, and policies to meet the stringent requirements of our valued clients. You will be responsible for the management of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and ensuring that all manufacturing outputs adhere to the highest standards of accuracy and precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) department to ensure high-precision measurement standards and data integrity.
- Develop, review, and implement comprehensive quality control policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and documentation to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformance reports (NCR) and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Mentor and train junior QC staff and inspectors on best practices, GD&T interpretation, and advanced measurement techniques.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Prepare for and manage internal and external quality audits, ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Monitor production data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce defect rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager or Assistant Manager with hands-on expertise in CMM operation and data analysis.
- Certification in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2015.
- Strong proficiency in inspection software (e.g., Calypso, PC-DMIS, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to quality assurance standards.
