- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection findings, test results, and quality metrics
- Identify, document, and report quality defects or non-conformities to supervisors
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Operate and calibrate quality control equipment and inspection tools
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in quality control preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or quality assurance environment
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Proficiency in quality control documentation systems
- Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills for reporting issues clearly
