Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of fit-out construction work on-site
- Verify compliance with architectural specifications, safety standards, and building codes
- Review and approve construction documentation including drawings, material specs, and quality reports
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols for construction processes
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues
- Generate and maintain quality assurance records for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology
- 3+ years of QA/QC experience in fit-out or construction projects
- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to microscopic details
- Advanced proficiency in quality control software and reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
