PT Lumbung Dana Indonesia is a rapidly growing Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending platform committed to financial inclusion and excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Collection professional to join our operations team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the guardian of our collection standards, ensuring that all recovery processes align with both internal quality benchmarks and rigorous regulatory compliance requirements.
As our Quality Control Collection officer, you will evaluate the effectiveness of collection strategies, audit communication logs, and drive continuous improvement across our lending lifecycle. This is a high-impact role where your attention to detail will directly influence the risk management and credit health of our platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate collection agent calls and interactions to ensure compliance with company SOPs and OJK regulations.
- Perform regular audits of collection data and system logs to maintain high data integrity.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to the collection team based on quality assessment results.
- Identify process bottlenecks in the debt recovery lifecycle and propose data-driven solutions for efficiency.
- Prepare detailed monthly quality reports for management to highlight performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all collection strategies are implemented in accordance with financial security and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Compliance departments to update and refine internal collection policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Collections within the P2P Lending or Banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of OJK regulations regarding Fintech P2P lending collections.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information and handle escalations professionally.
