Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Analyze quality data and identify trends to prevent quality issues
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality problems
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in quality control software and MS Office applications
