Kredivo Group is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Field Collection Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the standards of our field and desk collection operations, ensuring that all activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
As our QC Coordinator, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between data collection and operational excellence. You will design and implement robust measurement frameworks, analyze collection performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process measurement frameworks specifically for desk and field collection operations.
- Design and implement a dynamic performance management system to track and optimize collection efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality audits on collection data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and procedural adherence.
- Develop detailed data collection plans to capture key performance indicators and operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze field performance data to identify trends, outliers, and areas for strategic process improvement.
- Collaborate with operations teams to provide actionable feedback based on quality control findings.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding collection quality metrics and team performance outcomes.
- Ensure all collection documentation meets internal audit standards and legal compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Audit within the financial services or debt collection industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, or BI visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI are a plus).
- Strong understanding of collection processes, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to develop performance tracking systems and SOPs.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
