We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to uphold our rigorous quality standards and ensure every product leaving our facility meets or exceeds client specifications.
As a key member of the Quality Assurance department, you will play a critical role in the in-process inspection of lithography products. Your keen eye for detail helps prevent defects, reduces costly waste, and maintains the flawless reputation of our brand in a highly competitive market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough in-process inspections of lithography products and metal closures to identify and prevent defects.
- Ensure all products comply with established quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production processes and materials to identify potential quality issues early in the manufacturing cycle.
- Document inspection results meticulously, creating detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot quality issues and implement immediate corrective measures.
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
- Assist in the development and updating of quality inspection checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Vocational Graduate; a degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience (at least 1-2 years) in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and read technical blueprints or specifications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Filipino).
- Must be willing to work in Carmona, Cavite, and be amenable to shifting schedules if required.
