Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough visual and mechanical inspections of raw materials and finished goods according to established SOPs.
- Document all inspection results, test data, and non-compliance reports accurately in the quality management system.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Identify, segregate, and report any defective products or irregularities immediately to the production supervisor.
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure precision and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with production teams to recommend improvements to manufacturing processes that enhance overall product quality.
- Conduct periodic audits of inventory to ensure quality consistency throughout the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification in Quality Control or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle defects or variations.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data logging and report generation.
- Knowledge of standard measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Amenable to working in a full-time capacity in Santa Clara, Bulacan.
