Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily inspections of plastic products to ensure they meet all design specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor the quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods to prevent defects.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality management procedures and company standards.
- Identify, record, and report any deviations, defects, or non-conformities in the production process.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to implement corrective actions and improve product quality.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection results and quality control logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards and quality assurance procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of precision and accuracy.
- Basic ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and product specifications.
- Proficiency in using computerized data entry systems and quality tracking software.
- Previous experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
