Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform detailed visual and physical checks using precision measuring instruments.
- Document all inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality records.
- Identify and report any non-conformance issues immediately to the production supervisor.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the production team to reduce defect rates and improve overall workflow.
- Participate in periodic quality audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or NITEC in Engineering or related fields.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing quality control role is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and industrial safety standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
