In this critical role, you will serve as the primary guardian of our product quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive visual, dimensional, and physical inspections of raw materials, components, in-process assemblies, and finished sporting goods. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished sports equipment to ensure conformance to quality standards and specifications.
- Perform detailed dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM.
- Document and report inspection results, non-conformities, and quality metrics accurately in the quality management system (QMS).
- Collaborate with production supervisors and process engineers to identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor production processes and ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Assist in the development and maintenance of inspection checklists, work instructions, and quality control plans.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities to enhance yield and reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with 5S standards and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of a technical or vocational course in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- With at least 2 years of solid experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing setup; experience in the sporting goods, automotive, or plastics industry is a significant advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of quality assurance concepts, statistical process control (SPC), and ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willing to work in Hermosa, Bataan, and amenable to rotating shifts, overtime, and extended hours as needed by production.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and performing visual inspections for sustained duration.
