Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials and finished packaging products.
- Conduct routine quality audits on the production line to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document and report non-conformance issues accurately and initiate corrective actions.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product specifications.
- Collaborate with machine operators and production supervisors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and quality records for traceability and compliance reporting.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment: Vocational Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using standard inspection tools and measuring instruments.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the packaging industry.
