Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods against established quality specifications
- Document inspection results using standardized forms and digital systems for traceability
- Identify, document, and report quality deviations or non-conformances to management
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy
- Analyze quality trends and recommend process improvements
- Train junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in related field (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration
