Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Operate and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for dimensional analysis
- Update and maintain quality control reports, logs, and documentation systems
- Verify product compliance with ISO 9000 standards and technical specifications
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements
- Train team members on quality control procedures and standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles
- Proficiency in ISO 9000 quality management systems
- CMM machine operation and measurement techniques certification
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Problem-solving skills for quality-related issues
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Diploma in Engineering or related field preferred
