Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products using precision measuring tools and calibrated equipment
- Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and prepare detailed non-conformance reports with photographic evidence
- Verify dimensional accuracy, surface finishes, material properties, and assembly integrity against engineering specifications
- Implement statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor production consistency and identify trends
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company quality policies, and industry-specific regulations
- Train production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and documentation procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification; Associate degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Quality Control Inspector in manufacturing or heavy industry
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and non-destructive testing methods
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and documentation software
- Certification in ISO 9001 or similar quality standards highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication skills for reporting quality issues across departments
