Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, semi-finished products, and final goods using precision measuring instruments
- Verify dimensional accuracy, surface finishes, and functional compliance with technical specifications and ISO standards
- Document inspection results meticulously using quality management systems (QMS) and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Identify, analyze, and report quality deviations to production and engineering teams
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to resolve quality issues
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quality control processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in manufacturing or precision engineering
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other precision measurement tools
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
