Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Operate and maintain precision measuring instruments including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and pin/thread gauges.
- Interpret and verify engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure all components comply with customer specifications.
- Document and maintain detailed quality inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance records (NCR).
- Identify deviations from quality standards, quarantine non-conforming materials, and assist in root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with production and engineering departments to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Ensure all measurement equipment and gauges are calibrated and maintained in proper working order.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in quality control/assurance within a precision machining or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience operating and interpreting data from Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Proficient in the use of manual inspection tools including Vernier calipers, micrometers, and pin & thread gauges.
- Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
