Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Monitor production line activities to identify and report any deviations or defects.
- Document quality data and maintain accurate records of inspection results.
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance checks on inspection tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure all safety protocols and PPE requirements are strictly followed on the factory floor.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects.
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia; English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Able to commit to a 6-day work schedule (Monday-Saturday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks safely.
- Reliable, disciplined, and proactive in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
