In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous inspection of raw materials, monitoring of production processes, and final verification of finished goods. You will work closely with our production, maintenance, and logistics teams to maintain strict adherence to ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP standards. Your findings will directly empower the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes, helping us prevent defects and optimize efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods according to established quality standards and approved procedures.
- Perform routine and non-routine testing and analysis of product samples to ensure compliance with specifications, including physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters.
- Document inspection results clearly and accurately, maintaining detailed quality records and reports for traceability and compliance audits.
- Identify and flag non-conformities, defects, or deviations from standard operating procedures to the Quality Assurance team and assist in root cause analysis.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and ISO standards.
- Calibrate and maintain QC laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation for internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment (food, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory testing techniques and equipment operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data entry.
