In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the survey data that drives our business intelligence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and validate raw survey data collected from the field to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Identify, document, and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, or outliers.
- Perform regular data audits to verify that submissions align with established project protocols.
- Collaborate with field teams to clarify data entry issues and provide constructive feedback for process improvements.
- Prepare concise data quality reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain internal databases and archives in strict accordance with company privacy and security policies.
- Assist in streamlining data validation workflows to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with an exceptional eye for detail and data pattern recognition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning functions).
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high output quality.
- Good understanding of basic research methodologies and survey structures.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is considered a strong advantage.
