You will lead inspection teams, manage non-conformance reports, and implement effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) to mitigate risks and ensure the highest quality of deliverables. Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing all on-site QA/QC activities to ensure total compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
- Leading and managing a team of quality inspectors to execute thorough site inspections.
- Developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with international standards.
- Reviewing and approving material samples and workmanship before they proceed to the next stage.
- Managing the documentation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Liaising with project stakeholders, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Conducting internal audits to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Quality Control, QA/QC, or a similar role within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Certification in ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management standards is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate inspection teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse project teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
