Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality Control Inspectors to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures to minimize defects.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing of products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality metrics, non-conformities, and improvement reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and data analysis software.
