Chikuro is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Leader to oversee our production standards and ensure the highest quality of our Food & Beverage (F&B) and logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all production lines. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous product analysis, identifying quality deviations, and implementing corrective actions to maintain excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Quality Control team to ensure operational excellence and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes in the F&B sector to maintain high-quality output and minimize waste.
- Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and relevant local regulations.
- Analyze product quality data and identify root causes of defects to implement effective corrective actions.
- Develop, maintain, and update quality management systems (QMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Train staff on quality standards, best practices, and safety protocols to foster a culture of quality.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a leadership role within Quality Control or Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and quality reports.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
