We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Quality Control MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems meet our rigorous internal standards, regulatory compliance, and international safety benchmarks.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a deep understanding of MEP systems and a keen eye for technical detail. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of installation quality, performing thorough site inspections, and managing technical documentation to ensure project excellence from ground-breaking to handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic site inspections to ensure MEP installations adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
- Monitor and enforce quality control plans for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work onsite.
- Review project specifications and technical submittals to ensure design intent is accurately executed during construction.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to address and rectify non-conformance issues immediately.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly quality inspection reports for project management review.
- Perform functional testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure full operational performance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, material testing results, and compliance documentation.
- Participate in safety audits to ensure all MEP installations meet OHS standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP Quality Control or site supervision within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and international building codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex MEP blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical schematics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively under tight construction schedules and project deadlines.
- Certification in relevant engineering or quality control disciplines is a strong advantage.
